At the end of the studies related to the Second Level Academic Diploma in Music Didactics, students must have acquired specific technical and artistic skills such as to allow them to concretely realize their didactic / artistic idea. To this end, particular emphasis will be placed on the acquisition of fundamental pedagogical and psychological tools and on the study of the main instrumental and vocal techniques and of the compositional languages ​​relating to the field of music teaching. Adequate skills must be acquired in vocal practice and choral practice. Of particular importance is the study of vocal and instrumental technique in its solo and ensemble practice and in historical references. Specific skills must be achieved in the context of didactic methodologies referring to the teaching of music and the elective instrument or singing. These objectives must be achieved by specifically promoting the development of the perceptive capacity of hearing and memorization, and with the acquisition of specific knowledge relating to the analytical models of music and their historical evolution. Specific care must be dedicated to the acquisition of adequate postural and emotional control techniques. The training objective of the course is also the acquisition of adequate skills in the field of music computing as well as those relating to a second community language.
