The University of Salento is a young, dynamic University that wants to grow and establish itself nationally and internationally. Since 1956, the University of Salento has focused on knowledge, competence and merit with a wide choice of training opportunities.
In recent years, the University of Salento has grown significantly, consolidating and strengthening its role as the backbone of the local cultural and social system. The National rankings (Sole24Ore) place UniSalento in 45th position out of 61 national universities (around 73% of the ranking); in the 401-500 range out of 978 among the international universities registered in the THE ranking (around 41-51% of the international ranking).
