Pop-rock composition and arrangement

At the end of the studies related to the 1st level Academic Diploma in Pop Rock Composition and Arrangement, students must have acquired the knowledge of techniques and specific skills to allow them to concretely realize their artistic idea. Starting from the instrument, on which they will have conducted their training, they will also have acquired fundamental skills in terms of musical arrangement, concert realization, which follows specific performance methods, record production, electronic media and networks. Specific care must be dedicated to the acquisition of adequate postural and emotional control techniques. Furthermore, with reference to the specificity of the individual courses, the student must possess adequate skills related to the field of improvisation. At the end of the three-year period, students must have acquired a thorough knowledge of the stylistic, historical, general aesthetic aspects related to Popular music, also for the important and qualifying excursions towards the languages ​​of improvisation. The training objective of the course is also the acquisition of adequate skills in the field of musical computer science, recording and production techniques as well as those relating to a second community language.
