Collaborating Master

At the end of the studies related to the first level Academic Diploma of Collaborating Master, students will have acquired technical skills, as well as critical awareness and adequate knowledge, such as to allow them to concretely realize their artistic idea. To this end, particular emphasis will be placed on the study of methodologies and techniques relating to piano accompaniment and the concertation of vocal parts; adequate skills must be acquired in the areas of extemporaneous reading, conducting technique and in the practice of basso continuo. These objectives must also be achieved through a substantial internship activity. The development of perceptive hearing skills will be encouraged, through the acquisition of specific knowledge relating to the organizational, compositional, historical-analytical models of music and their interactions. At the end of the three-year period, students must have acquired a thorough knowledge of the professional, executive and stylistic aspects relating to the course; The course also aims to acquire adequate skills in the field of music computing, as well as those relating to a second community language.
