The course has the task of training specialists in the professional sector of the Accordion by providing adequate knowledge of scientific methods and artistic contents aimed at building a concert career with the Classical accordion, in particular: deepening the reflection on the musical language of our time and overcoming the prejudicial barrier posed by traditional knowledge which is wrongly considered inalienable but which, on the other hand, often turns out to be inadequate and immobile, finally addressing problems and expressive practices that have already been present and active in the world of art and on the labor market for almost a century; operating a valid alchemy between theoretical components and operational tools in which knowledge and creative abilities can be applied both in the elaboration of a re-existing literature and in the production of new ideas; offering and developing theoretical, technical and musicological tools of immediate application. The Course issues the second level Academic Diploma divided according to the specializations provided for in the study plan. The course offers a teaching methodology that combines the epistemological approach to empirical practice; some courses are in fact characterized by a purely scientific methodological approach and offer the student the opportunity to verify and analyze what the practical laboratories teach with artisanal methods.
