The Higher Technician of IoT systems applied to the Supply Chain performs planning, coordination, organization and management of logistical processes, both internal and external to the company, which allow goods to be distributed from the production site to the final customer. Plans, implements and controls the handling, storage and stock levels of goods in the warehouse through the management and use of systems that develop applications based on Internet of Things technologies for the management and control of remote devices and intelligent objects in environments related to the Industry 4.0 program.

Plans the distribution network, organizes the integrated logistic flow of goods and the information flow through the management of hardware networks based on microprocessor platforms, integrating in each device sensors and transmission systems that allow to manage intermodal transport platforms and guarantee traceability and the design of the flow of goods.

It organizes the integrated logistic flow of goods and manages the information flow using applications on web and cloud platforms for the interconnection and remote management of sensors, devices, embedded systems and intelligent machines.
It takes care of the acquisition, integration and analysis of data provided by interconnected devices using existing cloud platforms or building server infrastructures from scratch.
It guarantees the security and integrity of data in the communication between the devices themselves and between them and the software interfaces with the use of the most appropriate interconnection technologies and standards.
